Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, a trusted carrier with reliable tracking and delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and handed over to Canada Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: We do not guarantee same-day or next-day processing.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the Canada Post service selected at checkout:

  • Domestic (Canada): Typically 2–7 business days

  • International (USA and other countries): Typically 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to holidays, high-volume periods, weather, or customs inspections.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected Canada Post service

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Gridiron Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the Canada Post system.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Gridiron Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages once the order has been handed to Canada Post.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number.

  • For items damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Please note: We do not insure shipments.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Any re shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We can ship to Canadian P.O. Boxes for domestic orders.

  • International orders require a physical street address; P.O. Boxes cannot be used.

Multiple Items in One Order

If more than one item is ordered in the same order, all items will be shipped together in a single package.
