Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and handed over to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the UPS service selected at checkout:

International: Typically 7–14 business days

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the UPS system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Gridiron Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by UPS once the package has been shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact UPS directly with your tracking number.
For items damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, as UPS requires a physical address for delivery.
