Returns & Refunds Policy
By placing an order, you agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Cancellation & Returns

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without giving any reason.

• The 2-day period starts from the date you receive your order or a third party you appointed receives it.

• To cancel, you must inform us by email: support@gridironclothing.com

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method.

Important:

• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers pay return shipping unless the item(s) is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns
Items must:

• Be purchased within 7 days

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Remain in original packaging with all tags attached

• Be in saleable condition

Items showing wear, washing, odor, stains, or damage will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or style:

• Customers pay return shipping for the original item and shipping for the replacement

• Items must meet the same return conditions above

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

• Personalized, made-to-order, or altered items are non-returnable

• Items unsuitable for return due to health, hygiene, or perishability cannot be returned once unsealed

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no cost:

• Email support@gridironclothing.com immediately with order details and photos

• Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is covered by GridIron Apparel.

Returning Goods

• Customers must contact us first to receive return authorization and shipping address

• Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted

• We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method

• Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery

International Orders:

• Returns are allowed, but customers pay both shipping and return shipping costs

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items

• 15% restocking fee applies

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Gifts

• If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item

• If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund goes to the original purchaser
